The New Economics of Offshore Wind: wind in alternative markets
Aurora has produced new research on opportunities for offshore wind to participate in markets other than the wholesale market – in particular, the capacity, balancing and ancillary markets. Diversifying revenue streams could both increases aggregate revenues and help minimise the impact of price cannibalisation as offshore wind penetration increases.
