The Internet of Tanks
Mixergy is an Oxford University spin-out company who’ve developed an intelligent hot water tank. The Mixergy Tank only heats what’s required, leading to reduced heat losses, quicker recovery times, and enabling more renewable energy capacity. By installing "The Internet of Tanks" fleet, we are creating a giant battery for the National Grid - storing excess electrical energy as hot water and producing a more cost effective and greener solution to energy storage.
