Decarbonising Heat – What and How?

The UK has set a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2050, from a 1990 base level. Progress has been made on decarbonising the power generation sector but to reach the 2050 target, further significant reductions are needed across a number of sectors; the building sector will need to almost fully decarbonise. This seminar explores what technologies can help us achieve this and what policies they need to thrive.
